My name is Eric Byrum. Let me start this review by saying I know no one at Dynamic audio and security. I had never even heard of Dynamic audio and security until I looked online for a car audio business. I made the mistake of going the cheap route trying to install a radio into my son's first car. Against my wife's advice. She was right did not work out well. Needed a quick repair fix for the auto. Looked online and found Dynamic audio and security. Stop by in the morning about 10:30. Spoke with John. He informed me they were a couple of weeks out for installing radios. Explained my situation. That I was going to be in trouble with the wife if this wasn't fixed quick. He said leave it they would try to look at it over the next couple of days. I left not expecting to hear anything for several days. Later that same afternoon at 5 got a call from dynamic. They said the radio was installed working fine car is ready come get it. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the service provided by Dynamic audio and security. Husband had stereo,remote start and tint put in f250 truck! He’s so happy! Our son had them put remote start as well! Very nice people and we recommend this place too!

Had new radio with back up cam and remote start on my 2006 ram 2500 Diesel. They did a great job love it the back up cam is a must for big trucks

I just got my 2 Orion hccas and amps installed. I have been going to Dynamic for years. John and his guys are very knowledgeable and won't install anything if it is not absolutely necessary. They asked for my opinion on where the best place for my amps to be mounted. It took a little longer then normal, but they were trouble shooting a problem with one of the amps. Dynamic definitely goes the extra mile for their customers. I will continue to go to this shop for all my audio needs.

These guys are the best! Great recommendations, highly skilled installers, and fairly priced. For car audio, don't bother going anywhere else. Evidently they do security and window tinting as well, check them out and see how they can upgrade your ride.

This place is amazing! They have worked on my 02 Camaro SS three different times and all of which were nothing less than incredible. Had a basic Viper alarm with door actuators installed yesterday and today my passenger door will not open from the inside. Picked it up after hours and today I went out with a friend she could not get out of the passenger door. It opens from the outside but not the inside. It worked perfectly fine opening the door from the inside and outside before I dropped it off. These guys must not have checked getting out of the passenger door when they installed it. I asked them to fix it and come to my work to take care of it. They said nope, I have to waste my time driving back back to their facility and then wait for them to fix it. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and they said nope, sorry. Might want to look for another company to install your alarm of door actuators...not a good experience.

Being from Elizabeth City, NC we don't have many options for professional car stereo/security installers in the area. After several referrals and talking to John I made my decision for his shop to install a alarm/remote start system on my superduty. I was very impressed with John and his crew! Store was clean, great work, price was right on and he had me in and out like he promised! Dynamic is now my go to shop and look forward to doing future business with them! Thanks John. Took My 2001 Chevy 2500HD for a Complete install from scratch from after Market Speakers to multiple Amps to a Rockford 360.3 to Custom Box for My Sundown Zv4 12 and New Deck install overall price was fair for all the work that was done to it Thanks Guys for your Hard Work. I will be back for you guys to Finish up what you couldn't get done. Maybe I can get that Discount Next time???

This shop is great! Had a Pioneer dvd/navi unit installed for my STI in less then an hour, money well spent. I do alot of long distance driving so this is perfect for me, the ability to run my apple itouch straight from the navi is a great feature as well.

I posted on my own FB page a couple weeks ago looking for a car audio place that my friends could recommend. A majority of them said Dynamic was the go to spot. I went, got a quote, brought my truck (Tundra) in the next week for a back up camera and in dash install. Prices were very good, got my truck done in no time, and a very clean awesome job! James (owner), gave me a quote, I agreed to it, and when it was time to pay, it actually dropped a little (think he said it was a little faster than he thought). Now who does that?! Only an honest owner and shop. Brought my wife's suburban in the next day, as the DVD player stopped working (factory system), and we were confident our 4 yr old twins had stuck multiple coins in the DVD slot. He gave us a quote and, boom, less than an hour later. All fixed (it was coins) ... no charge! Now I'm not saying to go beat them up for free or discounted stuff, but I posted, because you don't find this kind of honesty too often. No doubt they've earned my future business and referrals.

Just got my car done today they did a awesome job on my tint for my new Ford Focus they were fast and very cool to talk to I highly recommend them thanks again

Great place to go nice guys went there yesterday for remote starter for honda civic. Ernest stayed late to finish everything up everything is nice and neat, great job didn't mind the wait. Said if any problems just stop by, Two thumbs up, thanks guys

Great work on cars stereos system ! These guys will check everything correctly and wont SCREW YOU OVER !! Some guy at another store was gonna charge me $300-$400 just to check my car audio and change some wires because my sound would go away sometimes, But these guys for the price of $40 check my wiring,behind stereo and amplifier found the solution told me I needed 2 RCA behind my radio and for a total of $80 plus 2 RCA my car came out perfect !

Guys are awesome, solid work, and always willing to help or answer any questions. Always going to go back here.
